Leanne is our Pre-school Manager and is the Key Carer for the Red Squirrels. She has been working at Little Fingers since 2002. As manager, she has overall responsibility for the day to day running of the pre-school, ensuring that all the children have a safe and fun environment that helps them grow and develop both emotionally and physically.

Leanne holds an NVQ Level 3 Certificate in Childcare, as well as Safeguarding Children Level 4, training in Behaviour Management, Special Educational Needs training and a Paediatric First Aid Certificate. Leanne is also the SENCO for the pre-school.

Chelsie joined Little Fingers in September 2014.

She joined as our Apprentice and successfully completed her Level 2. She then went on to complete a Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce in September 2018. Chelsie also holds a Paediatric First Aid certificate.

Chelsie is the Key Carer for the Green Frogs.

Kelly joined Little Fingers in September 2018. She is Key Carer for the Orange Monkeys

She has been working in childcare since 2015 and holds a Level 3 Diploma Cache in Early Years. She has experience in working with young children and has knowledge and a good understanding of the EYFS. She also has relevant Paediatric First Aid training and has attended Level 4 Safeguarding.

Lana has been working at Little Fingers since 2005 and is our Staff Cover.

She holds a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare. Her wealth of knowledge and experience enables her to deliver the highest level of early childhood learning.

Lana is the Key Carer for the Blue Whales and holds certificates in Safeguarding Children Level 4 and Paediatric First Aid.

Olivia is the Finance and Administration Officer for Little Fingers, managing all behind-the-scenes aspects of the pre-school ensuring the rest of the team can maximise their focus on the children.
